Pilates Classes for Men

The Health and Safety Executive Figures show nearly 10 million working days are lost each year for adults aged 25-64 due to back pain.  Now, everybody enjoys a day off work, but if you have ever experienced the excruciating feeling of severe back pain you would likely much rather be at work.

Around 80% of the population will suffer from back pain at some point in our lives.  Men aged between 45 and 54 are classed most at risk of developing problems.

Pilates will help increase core strength, increase flexibility and promote posture awareness.  Concentrating on the exercises you’re carrying out can also help to reduce stress and promote mindfulness as focus turns to carrying out the movement accurately.
