Pilates emphasises the use of core muscles in your body.  With key principles being body awareness, control, precision of movement, breathing control and continued flow of movement.

Classes held by a chartered physiotherapist who holds training by the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute), will ensure you can be at ease throughout your session in the knowledge that it can be tailored to your individual needs especially if you suffer from any aches or pains.

Sessions can be on a 1-2-1 basis or through classes.  They can be used for the sporting population for injury prevention and rehabilitation, or better core stability. In pregnancy for pre and post natal mums to exercise in a safe environment for pelvic floor strengthening during pregnancy and to help heal and regain strength and stability following birth.
